Returns & Store Credit

Items cannot be replaced. If an item arrives broken or damaged during delivery, Porland will either refund the broken item or issue store credit.

To request a refund or store credit, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)

  • Description of the Damage

Items being refunded or credited must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are shipped using a traceable method. Porland is not responsible for items until they are received at our warehouse.
