For Porland products purchased through, the first and most important step in the Returns and Exchange process is also the easiest. Before you do anything else, contact us via email at the following address:

Before removing items from the carton, please include pictures of any damaged items discovered immediately upon opening.

We will respond within two business days and begin the process of making it right. Here is some important information to keep in mind when you receive your new purchase:

Our return and exchange policy is valid 30 days from date of delivery. Once 30 days have elapsed since your purchase arrived, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange, so please check for any concealed damage immediately upon receipt. The 30-day window begins the day of arrival, not the day the package is opened and inspected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition (if undamaged) in which you received it. It must also be in the complete, original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your purchase receipt.

Please do not attempt to send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is approved, a shipping label will be provided with the correct return address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund request.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days of receipt at our facility. Please note that there may be a delay in posting to your account, as financial institution’s timelines vary.

Final Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular or Sale priced items may be refunded, and all refunds will be issued at the purchase price on your receipt. Anything marked ‘Final Sale’ as of the date of purchase (other than items delivered damaged) cannot be refunded.
