Shipping Policy

Porland processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and all packages include tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Porland is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons.

International shipping is available upon request. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international orders.
